Creative specifications

NOTE: Files submitted to Metro International for inclusion in the newspaper must meet the following specifications.

1. All files to arrive 5 working days in advance of publication
2. Files to be sent as a CMYK high res pdf of at least 300 dpi
3. Files to be sent to the size of the media box and with no crop marks
4. All fonts must be embedded in the PDF
5. No text below 8pt
6. The colour concentration should not exceed 235%

All artwork files should be clearly labelled in English with the country, format size and language information. If uploaded on to an ftp site, a screengrab and link to the folder should also be emailed 5 working days in advance.
