2008 First Quarter Results and Conference Call Monday, 21 April 2008

Metro International S.A. ("Metro International" or "the Company"), the international newspaper group, will on Monday 21 April 2008 at 8:00 am (CEST) announce its financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2008. The Company will host a conference call to present these results at 10:00 am CEST (9:00 am BST / 2:00 pm EDT) on the same day.
