Metro International S.A., the international newspaper group, will announce its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended 30 June 2006 on Tuesday, 25 July 2006 at 1:00 pm (CET). The company will host a conference call to present the results at 3:00 pm (CET) / 9:00 am (EST). The call will also be webcast in 'listen-only' mode on Metro's website at www.metro.lu.
